Adem\u00e1s, en este encuentro que ha contado con una gran afluencia de profesionales del sector, se han analizado casos de \u00e9xito de algunos hoteles asociados que han explicado c\u00f3mo gestionan los comentarios en dicha plataforma<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSomos conscientes de la importancia y el peso que tienen las opiniones de los usuarios en plataformas como la de TripAdvisor, ya que muchos viajeros condicionan sus reservas en base a los comentarios realizados por anteriores clientes\u201d,<\/em> ha se\u00f1alado Mar de Miguel.<\/p>\n<p>Durante este, la directora de comunicaci\u00f3n de TripAdvisor para Espa\u00f1a y Brasil, Blanca Zayas, ha indicado que, a d\u00eda de hoy, las opiniones de las webs de viajes han pasado a ser el canal m\u00e1s influyente para los viajeros. De hecho, \u201c<em>el 83% de las personas consultan plataformas como la nuestra antes de elegir un establecimientos\u201d<\/em>, ha a\u00f1adido.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de explicar aquellos elementos del funcionamiento de la web que m\u00e1s dudas generan entre los profesionales del sector hotelero, como sus medidas de control de fraude o el funcionamiento de su algoritmo, Zayas ha dado las claves para gestionar bien una cr\u00edtica entre las que destacan agradecer su comentario, pedir disculpas, reforzar lo positivo del establecimiento, hacer un seguimiento del usuario y tratar de fidelizarle.<\/p>\n<p>Tras esta intervenci\u00f3n, ha dado comienzo una mesa redonda en la que se han analizado los casos de \u00e9xito de los\u00a0 hoteles \u2018Only You Boutique Madrid\u2019, \u2018Artiem Hotels\u2019, \u2018Gran Meli\u00e1 Palacio de los Duques\u2019 y del \u2018Hotel Orfila\u2019; todos ellos ganadores de la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n de los <em>\u2018Premios Travellers&#8217; Choice\u2019<\/em> de TripAdvisor en diversas categor\u00edas.
