{"id":3539,"date":"2018-02-22T16:25:31","date_gmt":"2018-02-22T16:25:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aehm.es\/?p=3539"},"modified":"2018-02-22T16:25:31","modified_gmt":"2018-02-22T16:25:31","slug":"los-hoteleros-madrilenos-participan-en-debate-regulacion-viviendas-uso-turistico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aehm.es\/en\/los-hoteleros-madrilenos-participan-en-debate-regulacion-viviendas-uso-turistico\/","title":{"rendered":"Los hoteleros madrile\u00f1os participan junto con instituciones en el debate sobre regulaci\u00f3n de viviendas de uso tur\u00edstico \u2018Madrid  Futura\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>La Asociaci\u00f3n Empresarial Hotelera de Madrid (AEHM) valora positivamente que el consejero de Cultura, Turismo y Deporte haya anunciado que el Decreto para regular esta modalidad de alojamiento recoger\u00e1 algunas alegaciones presentadas por el sector. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00f3lo se podr\u00e1n alquilar viviendas en su totalidad y se exigir\u00e1 contar con licencia desde el primer d\u00eda y no a partir de 90, como establece la moratoria del Ayuntamiento de la capital.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Madrid, 22 de febrero de 2018.-<\/strong> La <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Empresarial Hotelera de Madrid (AEHM) <\/strong>valora muy positivamente que el <strong>consejero de Cultura, Turismo y Deporte<\/strong>, Jaime de los Santos , haya expresado que el <strong>Decreto para regular las viviendas de alquiler de uso tur\u00edstico<\/strong> (VUT) recoger\u00e1 dos de las principales demandas del sector hotelero, que solicitan, entre otras cosas, que las <strong>viviendas s\u00f3lo se puedan alquilar \u00edntegramente<\/strong> y no por habitaciones, as\u00ed como que se exija que \u00e9stas cuenten con <strong>licencia desde el primer d\u00eda de actividad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ayer, durante el foro <strong>\u2018Madrid Futura\u2019<\/strong> de Radio Madrid (Cadena SER), el <strong>consejero de Turismo<\/strong> confirm\u00f3, tanto al presidente de la AEHM Gabriel Garc\u00eda como al resto de portavoces del Ayuntamiento, del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid, de la Federaci\u00f3n Regional de Asociaciones de Vecinos de Madrid (FRAVM) y de Airbnb, <a href=\"\/?p=3268\"><strong>que el nuevo Decreto para regular las VUT incluir\u00e1 parte de las alegaciones presentadas, entre otros, por el sector hotelero<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AzvsKvY8ZCc?rel=0&amp;start=811\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el presidente de la AEHM, ha se\u00f1alado que <em>\u201ccomo empresarios y ciudadanos valoramos muy positivamente que la Comunidad de Madrid tenga en cuenta las alegaciones presentadas el pasado mes de enero y que no se permita, por ejemplo, el alquiler compartimentado de las viviendas individuales, uno de los puntos m\u00e1s conflictivos para el sector<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, De los Santos avanz\u00f3 que el nuevo Decreto <strong>suprimir\u00e1 la limitaci\u00f3n de 90 d\u00edas<\/strong> e impondr\u00e1 la necesidad de regulaci\u00f3n desde el primer d\u00eda de actividad, tal y como establece la Comunidad de Madrid en base a sus competencias tur\u00edsticas.
