trata de una petici\u00f3n liderada por la Asociaci\u00f3n Empresarial Hotelera de Madrid y transmitida de manera directa al Gobierno de Cifuentes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">El impacto negativo de la competencia desleal en esta materia pone de manifiesto la urgencia de modificar la normativa por Ley y no mediante un decreto<\/p>\n<p>Madrid, 5 de octubre de 2017.- La Asociaci\u00f3n Empresarial Hotelera de Madrid (AEHM) ha solicitado a la Comunidad de Madrid que la modificaci\u00f3n de la normativa sobre las viviendas de alquiler de uso tur\u00edstico se articule en el marco de la Ley de Ordenaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de la regi\u00f3n en lugar de hacerse a trav\u00e9s de un decreto.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, la AEHM ha vuelto a insistir al Gobierno de Cristina Cifuentes en la necesidad de poner en marcha \u2018con car\u00e1cter urgente\u2019 una legislaci\u00f3n adecuada que se ajuste a la realidad del sector, y que forme parte de la citada Ley de Ordenaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica \u2018al tratarse de un tema relevante y con alto impacto en la econom\u00eda de la regi\u00f3n\u2019.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La AEHM ha vuelto a insistir al Gobierno de Cristina Cifuentes en la necesidad de poner en marcha \u2018con car\u00e1cter urgente\u2019 una legislaci\u00f3n adecuada que se ajuste a la realidad del sector<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cEntendemos que el crecimiento descontrolado de viviendas de alquiler tur\u00edstico ilegal ha de frenarse lo antes posible, sobre todo si tenemos en cuenta los altercados provocados como consecuencia de la turismofobia\u201d, han indicado desde la AEHM.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, desde la Asociaci\u00f3n han explicado que este preocupante fen\u00f3meno ha sido uno de los principales motivos por los que han pedido al Gobierno regional que \u201clas modificaciones sobre la normativa de las viviendas de alquiler de uso tur\u00edstico se hagan dentro de la Ley de Ordenaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica y no a
