Sabores castizos, m\u00fasica, vistas y experiencias gastron\u00f3micas para disfrutar sin reloj y redescubrir las ma\u00f1anas de Madrid.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>Madrid, 9 de octubre de 2026<\/i>.- Las ma\u00f1anas empiezan mejor cuando el despertador no tiene la \u00faltima palabra. Desperezarse al aroma de un <i>brunch<\/i> reci\u00e9n preparado, dejar que el caf\u00e9 acompa\u00f1e la conversaci\u00f3n y alternar un bocado salado con una tentaci\u00f3n dulce puede ser todo un plan. <b>Hotel Brunch Club By AEHM <\/b>regresa del 16 al 25 de octubre, bajo el lema <b>\u201cWelcome Brunch Lovers!\u201d<\/b>, con m\u00e1s de 30 hoteles de la capital, asociados a la <b>Asociaci\u00f3n Empresarial Hotelera de Madrid (AEHM),<\/b> dispuestos a convertir ese peque\u00f1o placer en una invitaci\u00f3n a descubrir Madrid desde otra perspectiva.<\/p>\n<p>Hotel Brunch Club forma parte de <b>Impulsa by AEHM<\/b>, el conjunto de programas impulsados por la Asociaci\u00f3n Empresarial Hotelera de Madrid (AEHM). Impulsa by AEHM engloba iniciativas y experiencias que, a lo largo del a\u00f1o, contribuyen a poner en valor la actividad hotelera de Madrid, acercando nuevas propuestas tanto a visitantes como a madrile\u00f1os y fortaleciendo la conexi\u00f3n de los hoteles con la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>La programaci\u00f3n re\u00fane durante diez d\u00edas propuestas para madrile\u00f1os y visitantes que van del <i>brunch<\/i> castizo a las mesas con vistas, de la m\u00fasica del arpa en directo a un taller de flores y del ritual dominical a una versi\u00f3n nocturna. Un recorrido para elegir por apetito, por compa\u00f1\u00eda o por las ganas de conocer un hotel desde otro \u00e1ngulo: el de sus experiencias gastron\u00f3micas. Huevos <i>benedictine<\/i>, ib\u00e9ricos, <i>sushi<\/i>, bocata de calamares y churros con chocolate son solo algunas de las pistas de un programa pensado para disfrutar de la hoteler\u00eda madrile\u00f1a m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la estancia.<\/p>\n<p><b>Con acento castizo<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Hay quien llega al <i>brunch<\/i> buscando huevos benedictinos y quien prefiere que le sirvan Madrid en el plato. Para esos paladares, Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza propone su \u201cBrunch castizo\u201d. En Lavapi\u00e9s, The Central House presenta \u201cF*ck Brunch\u201d, un plan donde mandan las croquetas, el bocata de calamares y la ensaladilla rusa. El plan se completa con torrija o churros con chocolate de postre y una sesi\u00f3n de DJ con pop e <i>indie<\/i> espa\u00f1ol de ayer y de hoy. Y Akeah Gran V\u00eda se lleva el <i>brunch<\/i> hasta uno de los barrios con m\u00e1s personalidad de la capital con su \u201cBrunch en el barrio de Malasa\u00f1a\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sobremesa con banda sonora<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Hay <i>brunch<\/i> que tambi\u00e9n se disfruta con el o\u00eddo. En Urso Hotel &amp; Spa el arpa en directo acompa\u00f1a una ma\u00f1ana lenta que arranca con una gilda y un verm\u00fa de Madrid y se despide con chocolate con churros. Gran Hotel Ingl\u00e9s, por su parte, convierte la mesa en espect\u00e1culo con su \u201cShow Brunch en Gran Hotel Ingl\u00e9s\u201d: una selecci\u00f3n de platos dulces y salados, cocteler\u00eda<i> <\/i>y m\u00fasica en directo para cerrar. La nota l\u00edrica la pone The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid, con \u201cOpera &amp; Brunch\u201d, una propuesta que combina estaciones gastron\u00f3micas con las interpretaciones en directo de una soprano, un tenor y un piano de cola bajo la hist\u00f3rica c\u00fapula de cristal del hotel.<\/p>\n<p><b>Madrid, servido con vistas<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Madrid tambi\u00e9n se saborea con la mirada. Hotel Riu Plaza Espa\u00f1a propone el \u201cBrunch 360\u00ba en el cielo de Madrid\u201d; VP Plaza Espa\u00f1a Design, el \u201cBrunch con vistas a Madrid\u201d, y Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini, el \u201cBrunch frente al Palacio Real\u201d. En lo alto del Hyatt Centric Gran V\u00eda Madrid, el \u201cBrunch en El Jard\u00edn de Diana\u201d combina cocina mediterr\u00e1nea y vistas privilegiadas a la silueta de la ciudad: tabla con ib\u00e9ricos, y quesos; hamburguesa de costilla -entre otros- y cava ilimitado para brindar. H10 Puerta de Alcal\u00e1, por su parte, abre la terraza de El Cielo de Alcal\u00e1, con vistas al Retiro, para su \u201cBrunch El Cielo de Alcal\u00e1\u201d, con propuestas como el aguacate con <i>pesto<\/i> de pistacho o una torrija de <i>brioche<\/i> caramelizado con leche de coco y helado de pistacho.<\/p>\n<p><b>Domingo de mantel largo<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Para quienes entienden el domingo como un ritual, hay citas que no admiten prisa. Wellington Hotel &amp; Spa Madrid abre sus puertas a un almuerzo dominical con una cuidada selecci\u00f3n de propuestas en su \u201cBrunch Wellington Hotel &amp; Spa Madrid\u201d. Four Seasons Hotel Madrid despliega su \u201cSunday Brunch Series\u201d con \u201cDani\u2019s Sunday Brunch\u201d: buf\u00e9 con estaciones de pescados, carnes, quesos, embutidos y panader\u00eda artesanal, platos a la carta y elaboraciones al momento, con cocina en directo y actividades infantiles para que el plan funcione tambi\u00e9n en familia. El Hotel InterContinental re\u00fane m\u00e1s de 200 referencias, con mariscos frescos, ib\u00e9ricos, <i>sushi<\/i>, ceviches, carnes y un despliegue de alta reposter\u00eda.
