{"id":21303,"date":"2025-09-30T15:52:30","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T15:52:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aehm.es\/?p=21303"},"modified":"2025-09-30T15:53:13","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T15:53:13","slug":"los-hoteles-de-madrid-apuestan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aehm.es\/en\/los-hoteles-de-madrid-apuestan\/","title":{"rendered":"Los hoteles de Madrid apuestan por la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica como motor de la competitividad en el sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Madrid, 30 de septiembre de 2025.- <\/span><\/i><b>El Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Hotelero (ITH) ha celebrado hoy, con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Asociaci\u00f3n Empresarial Hotelera de Madrid (AEHM), una nueva edici\u00f3n de Hotel Energy Meetings, un encuentro especializado en sostenibilidad y gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica en el sector hotelero que ha reunido a profesionales del turismo y expertos en innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo de esta jornada ha sido analizar los principales retos y compartir soluciones que permitan a los establecimientos hoteleros avanzar hacia un modelo m\u00e1s eficiente, competitivo y comprometido con la descarbonizaci\u00f3n. La eficiencia energ\u00e9tica se consolida, as\u00ed, como un pilar estrat\u00e9gico para reducir costes operativos, mejorar la rentabilidad y reforzar el posicionamiento de Madrid como destino urbano de referencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La inauguraci\u00f3n ha contado con la participaci\u00f3n del <\/span><b>presidente de la AEHM, Gabriel Garc\u00eda Alonso<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que ha destacado la doble faz de la sostenibilidad para el sector hotelero madrile\u00f1o, como necesidad y oportunidad. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNuestros establecimientos est\u00e1n inmersos en un proceso de transformaci\u00f3n profunda\u00a0en el que la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y la descarbonizaci\u00f3n son pilares estrat\u00e9gicos. Y hacerlo bien implica cumplir con las exigencias regulatorias y los compromisos clim\u00e1ticos europeos, pero tambi\u00e9n responder a lo que, cada vez, m\u00e1s demandan nuestros clientes: alojamientos responsables con el entorno y con un uso inteligente de los recursos\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ha se\u00f1alado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La jornada ha comenzado con la intervenci\u00f3n del <\/span><b>director general del ITH, \u00c1lvaro Carrillo de Albornoz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y ha continuado con la de la <\/span><b>responsable del \u00c1rea de Sostenibilidad y Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica del ITH, Coral\u00eda Pino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, quien ha presentado el programa ITHSaveHotel, una iniciativa subvencionada por la Secretar\u00eda de Estado de Turismo que brinda a los establecimientos hoteleros la oportunidad de reducir de forma inmediata y sostenible sus costes energ\u00e9ticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El programa de ponencias ha abordado distintas vertientes en torno a la eficiencia:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y climatizaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con la participaci\u00f3n de <\/span><b>Cristian M. Le\u00f3n,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Bosch; <\/span><b>Javier Maroto,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Mitsubishi Heavy Industries; <\/span><b>M\u00f3nica Castro,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Daikin; y, <\/span><b>David G\u00f3mez,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Sulion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Transporte de fluidos y gesti\u00f3n del agua<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con la intervenci\u00f3n de <\/span><b>Ram\u00f3n Guti\u00e9rrez,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Wilo Ib\u00e9rica; <\/span><b>Jos\u00e9 Luis Bernadaus,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Italsan;\u00a0 <\/span><b>Paula Rodr\u00edguez,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Rabmer GreenTech; y, <\/span><b>Pablo Blanco,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de TTR Mechanical.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica del establecimiento y energ\u00edas alternativas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con solucionespresentadas por <\/span><b>Manuel Castro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><b>Francisco J. Sierra,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Remica y EXEON; <\/span><b>Enrique Valer,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Signify; y, <\/span><b>Pablo Blanco,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de TTR Mechanical.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las distintas intervenciones han puesto de relieve la relevancia de la monitorizaci\u00f3n inteligente como herramienta clave para optimizar el consumo energ\u00e9tico, as\u00ed como el papel estrat\u00e9gico de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de instalaciones y la integraci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables en los modelos de gesti\u00f3n hotelera.
